Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics and Customer Experience Expert to join our team at Abroad Experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

As a Logistics and Customer Experience Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience. You will operate with your team in an MBU way of working, following the company's values and strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily incoming orders and calls
  • Registering all contact moments in the CRM system
  • Acting on customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently
  • Serving as the primary contact for customers regarding product and sales information
  • Liaising with internal departments on stock and financial issues
  • Calling customers on overdue invoices and working towards resolution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBO/HBO education (obtained through education or work experience)
  • Native or near-native German language skills; excellent English language skills
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role (preferably B2B experience)
  • Strong problem-solving and anticipation skills
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Multitasking and flexible; stress-resistant and comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • Strong team player with a decisive, hands-on, and proactive personality
  • Available full-time (working hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm)
  • Excellent MS Office, Excel, and Outlook skills; experience with ERP systems
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
