Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Poland. As an Italian-English speaking credit risk analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer inquiries.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor customer accounts and respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze financial data and credit reports to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers.
  • Establish credit limits and payment terms for customers based on their creditworthiness and payment history.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months experience in customer service, back office administration, or collections.
  • Bilingual in both Italian and English.
  • Strong analytical skills, responsiveness, and results orientation.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional work ethic.
