**Job Summary**

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to provide top-notch support to our users. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming user requests, working with user accounts in CRM, and monitoring the online state of our site. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to resolve complex issues will make you a valuable addition to our team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level)
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role or call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software
