About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.

Your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries, qualifying new leads, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be expected to work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and provide support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or web contact
  • Qualify new leads and identify potential business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A native level of German and a good level of English is required, along with previous sales experience (preferably in a telesales environment).

You should be energetic, innovative, and comfortable working at a fast pace. Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle is a plus. Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience is essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a gross monthly salary of 1,350€ - 1,500€ (based on experience) plus bonus based on leads. For international candidates, we provide reimbursement of your initial flight, airport pick up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU), and help with paperwork and opening a bank account upon arrival.

In addition, we offer private health insurance from the first day of contract signature, free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company. Real career opportunities in different career paths are also available.
