**The Role**
You'll be joining the DACH pod in Lisbon as an Enterprise Sales Representative to identify and create qualified sales opportunities in the DACH market. You'll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approaches for the region.
**Responsibilities**
Your main objectives will be:
- To generate a sales pipeline that will be converted into closed business through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other creative approaches.
- To qualify outbound leads to understand their business challenges related to expense management and assess how Rydoo can help.
- To collaborate with the sales team aligned on market strategy to grow the pipeline and customer base in your assigned region.
- To gather marketing information about customers, competitors, and pricing.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A natural hunting personality who loves getting into the details of a customer and finding out what they're looking for.
- A people-first approach where you enjoy talking to clients and turning a no into a yes.
- Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher), with additional languages being a bonus.
- 1-2 years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, preferably as an SDR or in outbound sales.
- Experience in account-based marketing and growth tactics.
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of success in prior roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
