Job Squad, a multi-lingual recruitment company based in Europe, is seeking a seasoned Customer Support Agent to join our international team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and fluent Danish-speaking professional with excellent English language skills to provide top-notch support to our clients. As a Senior Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling complex customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to customers via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Escalate complex issues according to defined procedures and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, guidelines, and industry trends to ensure accurate and informative responses.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, such as account and settings problems, content ID, and rights management issues.
  • Support customers with monetization-related questions, such as optimizing their channel and understanding revenue streams.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Native-level fluency in Danish and strong English language skills (B2 level).
  • Familiarity with BPO KPIs, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, computer handling skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A relocation package, including a refund of up to €2000, assistance in finding accommodation, and support in obtaining necessary documents.
  • A meal allowance of €7.63 per day, paid in 11 instances on a meal card.
