About the Role:

  1. Perform complex actuarial calculations, focusing on transfer values of defined benefit pension plans, and lead a team of actuarial analysts in this area.
  2. Engage in data analysis, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  3. Produce detailed reports, collaborate with clients and project teams, and deliver projects efficiently.
  4. Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and manage employee performance effectively.
  5. Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  6. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and motivate team members.
  3. Ability to work effectively across different cultures and build strong relationships with colleagues.
