About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Sales Ambassador for Microsoft Solutions in Lisbon to join our international team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, answering questions regarding products and services.
  • Sales support for small and medium-sized companies across various sectors.
  • Client-oriented solutions for all types of inquiries with a focus on product lines.
  • Giving information about products, prices, and discounts.
  • Fulfilling orders and sales over the phone.
  • Administrative tasks.

You will be continuously contacting existing customers for possible optimization and updates.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A sales attitude, business acumen, good communication skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Fluency in German and a good command of English.
  • Experience in sales or a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Good negotiation skills or a willingness to develop them.
  • Attention to detail and comfort with administrative tasks.
  • A technical interest.
  • Motivation, reliability, and commitment to your work.
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A real team player willing to work with diverse nationalities.
About the Offer

We offer:

  • A long-term fixed-term contract of 12 months, renewable every year.
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8 am to 5 pm.
  • A competitive salary package including:
    • Option 1: 1.300€ - 1.400€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or
    • Option 2: 1.700€ - 1.800€ gross/month (excluding accommodation).
  • For international candidates, we provide:
    • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.
    • Airport pickup.
    • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU.
    • Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival.
