Salary: €1,700 - €1,800 gross per month (excluding accommodation), or €1,300 - €1,400 gross per month (including free accommodation). For international candidates, reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU, and private health insurance included from the first day of contract signature.
This role involves engaging with clients across various sectors, including healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education. Your responsibilities will include answering product and service inquiries via phone and email, supporting clients, and finding tailored solutions that meet their needs.
To succeed in this position, you will require excellent communication skills, a strong sales attitude, business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Fluency in German and a good command of English are essential, as well as experience in sales or a sales-oriented background. You should also be comfortable with administrative tasks and have a drive for excellence and professionalism.
This is a long-term fixed-term contract of 12 months, renewable annually. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Located in Lisbon, our client is recognized as the best Customer Service Solutions provider in the world and offers a dynamic international environment with a large English-speaking local community.
