Cross Border Talents is seeking a driven Sales Excellence Professional - French Junior to join our dynamic team in the heart of Lisbon.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves identifying and developing new business prospects, building strong relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. You will be responsible for delivering compelling sales presentations, collaborating with internal teams, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements
  • A minimum of C1 level proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation Package
  • Competitive base salary: €40,000 per annum.
  • Bonus: Up to 4% of the basic annual salary based on performance and achievement of objectives.
