At Zendesk, we're looking for a highly motivated Sales Excellence Ambassador to join our EMEA business team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive new business and accelerate your career trajectory.
About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional sales talent who can play a key role in driving new business for our sales organisation. As a Sales Excellence Ambassador, you'll be responsible for running a busy outbound pipeline of leads, providing top-class customer experience, and generating high-value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives new business growth and revenue expansion
- Raise awareness of Zendesk's solutions among target audiences and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and outcomes, using data to inform future strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales-related environment
- Passion for consultative sales and a proven track record of success
- Solid business experience (SaaS sales preferred), with a customer-centric approach
- 'Can Do' / 'Winner' attitude, with a hunger to overachieve and succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Dutch and English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a relevant field
