Job Description

Sales Excellence Specialist - Customer Advocacy:

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Sales Excellence Specialist - Customer Advocacy. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving online business conversion rates and providing an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record in achieving targets and possess software/SaaS experience. Travel to a Zendesk office is required throughout training and then will move to a hybrid schedule.

About the Role
  • Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates
  • Become an expert on Zendesk products
  • Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions
  • Conduct discovery calls, provide demos and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk
  • Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis
Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Will require working with clients/prospects across Zendesk's global market
  • 1+ years of sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred
  • Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically and excel at tactical execution against a task

Salary Information

Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
