Salary:

We offer a highly competitive salary, estimated at €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Excellence Specialist to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in driving new business and delivering on strategic objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Run a busy outbound pipeline of leads, providing top-class customer experience
  • Utilize innovative prospecting techniques to engage cold accounts and new groups/divisions of existing Zendesk customers
  • Generate high-value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting into start-ups, unicorn, or enterprise businesses
  • Develop creative strategies to source new leads using social tools
  • Maintain a 'Can Do' attitude, with a hunger to overachieve and succeed

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales-related environment
  • PASSION TO KICK-START OR CONTINUE A CAREER IN CONSULTATIVE SALES
  • Solid business experience (SaaS sales preferred), curious and customer-centric
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferable
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability to work weekly in a hybrid model: office and remotely
