Sales Excellence Developer

At Zendesk, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth. As a Sales Excellence Developer, you will play a key role in driving new business for our sales organization and contributing to the continued success and growth of Zendesk across EMEA.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overachieving in fast-paced dynamic environments and be passionate about kick-starting or continuing a career in consultative sales. Native-level Spanish and fluency in English are required, as well as a minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales-related environment. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferable, but not necessary.
This is a great opportunity to join a team of talented, ambitious, and fun sales professionals who embody Zendesk's unique culture. You will be motivated to overachieve on targets and metrics, be the face of the brand, and focus on building an outstanding customer experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our hybrid way of working enables us to purposefully come together in person while also giving our people the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
