Microsoft B2B Sales Professional for Lisbon Office

As a Microsoft B2B Sales Advisor for our Lisbon office, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer support and services to small and medium-sized companies in various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries regarding Microsoft products and services via phone and email
- Supporting clients in the sectors of healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education
- Finding client-oriented solutions for various questions and providing information on product lines, prices, and discounts
- Managing orders and sales over the phone
- Performing administrative tasks
- Continuously contacting existing customers for optimization and updates
- Fluency in German and a good command of English
- Experience in sales or a sales-oriented attitude
- Good negotiation skills or willingness to acquire them
- Technical interest
- Motivation, reliability, and commitment to work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and with people of various nationalities
- Long-term fixed-term contract of 12 months, renewable every year
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- Salary conditions: 1,300€ - 1,400€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or 1,700€ - 1,800€ gross/month (excluding accommodation)
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick-up
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
- Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc.
