We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation through strategic sales calls, presentations, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

">

* Conduct engaging sales calls and presentations while providing excellent service to our clients
* Offer empathetic support to customers, helping them with app usage and guiding them through inquiries
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, while escalating unresolved or urgent issues to the relevant teams
* Manage client accounts and build long-lasting relationships, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions
* Promote new products through consultative solutions tailored to customer needs
* Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and participate in training sessions to ensure adherence to service standards

Requirements

">

* Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Portuguese (both verbal and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level)
* Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, ideally B2B, or in customer service roles
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google apps
* Support Software Knowledge: Familiarity with customer support software and troubleshooting tools
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Adaptability: Comfortable using sales tracking tools and open to feedback for personal and professional growth
* Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM
