We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.

Our ideal candidate has excellent command of Norwegian and very good English language knowledge, with some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry. A solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as Google Cloud Platform solutions, is also beneficial.

The successful candidate will work towards individual targets, but will also be part of a larger sales team, interacting with customers primarily via outbound calls. They will lead generation, qualification, management, project 1, which includes prospecting and generating leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses, collaborating closely with clients to create a territory action plan, setting up new meetings to hand off to other sales groups, conducting high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts, achieving or exceeding monthly quota of qualified leads, qualifying opportunities and handling objections, and researching and building new and existing accounts.

In addition, the successful candidate will execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale for project 2: Product/service sales, upsell (inbound and outbound). They will explain our client's products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes, explaining how they address client needs, execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating our client's products, develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure, develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects, achieve or exceed monthly sales quota, reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used, and troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
