As a representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive monthly salary of approximately €4500 + 2 extra salaries per year (€9000) based on their performance and qualifications. In addition to this, we offer a complete relocation package, including flight tickets, accommodation, and support with the house searching process, as well as numerous other benefits such as healthcare coverage, discounts, and free online Greek language courses.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead generation, qualification, management: Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses, collaborate closely with clients to create a territory action plan, set up new meetings, conduct high-level conversations with senior executives, achieve or exceed monthly quota of qualified leads, qualify opportunities and handle objections, research and build new and existing accounts.
  • Product/service sales, upsell (inbound and outbound): Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale, explain our client's products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes, execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating our client's products, develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure, develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects, achieve or exceed monthly sales quota, reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used, troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • An excellent command of Finnish and very good English language knowledge.
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
  • A solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • An outgoing and confident personality, with a great phone manner.
  • A history of quota over-achievement.
  • An analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team.
  • Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious.
