Salary and Employment Details

The position comes with a competitive base salary. The employment type is full-time, and the working schedule is Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

Job Description

A B2B Sales Specialist is required to conduct sales calls, presentations, and offer excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with empathy, guiding them in application usage, responding to inquiries via various channels, escalating unresolved or urgent issues, documenting interactions accurately, analyzing customer trends, managing client accounts, building lasting relationships, and promoting new products with consultative solutions tailored to customer needs. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and work with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese (both verbal and written) and fluent English skills (minimum B2/C1 level). A minimum of six months of experience in sales, ideally B2B, or customer service is also required. Proficiency in operating systems like Windows OS and Apple OS X, as well as Microsoft Office and Google apps, is necessary. Experience with customer support software and troubleshooting tools is an added advantage. High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with sales tracking tools and adaptability to change are also important. Teamwork, openness to feedback, and commitment to learning and self-improvement are valuable traits.
