Grow-Talent.com is a renowned recruitment agency collaborating with leading outsourcing/BPO companies to find talented professionals for various positions. This time, we are seeking a highly skilled Portuguese-speaking B2B Sales Specialist to join our client's team in Thessaloniki, Greece.

About the Role:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A native or fluent speaker of Portuguese, both verbally and written, as well as fluency in English (minimum B2/C1 level), is essential for this role.

We require a minimum of 6 months' experience in sales, preferably B2B, or customer service. Proficiency in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google apps is also necessary. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience with customer support software and troubleshooting tools, as well as strong interpersonal and team player skills.

The working schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM, and relocation support is provided to ensure a smooth transition to the new role.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and offer exceptional customer service
  • Assist customers with empathy, guiding them through app usage
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly
  • Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to relevant teams
  • Document interactions accurately and analyze customer trends
  • Manage client accounts and build lasting relationships
  • Promote new products with consultative solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and with leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Participate in training sessions and adhere to service standards
Requirements:
  • Native / fluent in Portuguese both verbal and written. Fluency in English (minimum B2/C1 level)
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, ideally B2B, or customer service
  • Proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google apps
  • Experience with customer support software and troubleshooting tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with sales tracking tools and adaptable to change
  • Team player, open to feedback, and committed to learning and self-improvement
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
