Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description: As an International Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and contacting potential customers aligned with our best customer ICPs. You will utilize social media to identify, target, and engage prospective customers and develop leads. Your daily tasks will include outreach to prospective customers via calls, emails, and social media, as well as conducting high-level conversations with social media managers, community managers, and marketing leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience creating outbound pipeline
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
  • Fluent in German and English
