About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our DACH pod in Lisbon. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new sales opportunities that can bolster Rydoo's presence in the DACH market.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a natural hunter personality, excellent communication skills, and a people-first approach. Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher) is mandatory, while experience in B2B SaaS sales, account-based marketing, and growth tactics is highly valued.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales pipeline through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other creative approaches
  • Qualify outbound leads to understand their business challenges and assess how Rydoo can help
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approach for the DACH market
