German or Danish Speaking Sales Manager for DACH and Nordic Markets

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced German or Danish speaking Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon and head up DACH and Nordic markets. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and customer retention strategies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of IC experience and at least 1 year of management experience in MDR or SDR teams in the DACH or Nordic markets
- A strong track record in B2B Tech Sales and knowledge of customer retention strategies in the SMB/velocity space sales
- Fluency in English and proficiency in German or Danish
- High levels of EQ and empathy, with the ability to lead by example and pick up the phone when needed
