We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in the DACH market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of customers and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and multicultural team, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in sales and customer management. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with our internal teams to set up purchase orders, develop budgets, and structure logistics activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for commercial follow-up and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. Travel to international fairs and events may be required to represent the company image.

Requirements
  • A high level of proficiency in Romanian (C1)
  • Professional experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Familiarity with basic computer tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
