We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to support our marketing efforts in the DACH region. The successful candidate will develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive demand, generate leads, and support sales efforts in the region.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan for the DACH region, aligned with core business drivers and regional sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts and develop account-based marketing strategies.
  • Leverage various marketing channels, including events, social media, PR, partnerships, and other tactics to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Analyze the impact of regional marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to key stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Native German and fluent English.
