B2B Sales Specialist Opportunity

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Portuguese-speaking B2B Sales Specialist for their offices in Thessaloniki, Greece.

About the Role

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting sales calls, presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. Your goal will be to assist customers with empathy, guide them through app usage, respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, and escalate unresolved or urgent issues to relevant teams.

You will also document interactions accurately and analyze customer trends, manage client accounts, build lasting relationships, promote new products with consultative solutions tailored to customer needs, collaborate with the sales team to meet targets, and participate in training sessions to ensure adherence to service standards.

Requirements
  • Native/fluent in Portuguese (verbal and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably B2B or customer service
  • Proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google apps
  • Experience with customer support software and troubleshooting tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with sales tracking tools and adaptable to change
  • Team player, open to feedback, and committed to learning and self-improvement
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: €25,000 - €35,000 per year (approximately $28,500-$39,800 USD), depending on experience
