About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional customer experience professional to join our team as a Global Customer Experience Ambassador with Portuguese expertise. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to delivering outstanding customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Become familiar with airline and luxury industries' products and services, including loyalty programs, booking procedures, B2B activities, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain strong communication skills to establish and manage positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with a passion for utilizing these languages daily in a professional setting.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or luxury industries.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, demonstrating adaptability and open-mindedness.
