Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Ambassador at FedEx, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Enterprise Global & Regional Accounts. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining excellent relationships, providing accurate information and guidance, and identifying and optimizing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain excellent relationships by proactively investigating customers' specific needs and follow-up methods.
  2. Proactively provide accurate information and guidance via friendly and professional multi-channel communication.
  3. Provide solutions to any customer service issues and enhance customer experience by identifying optimal long-term solutions.
  4. Input accurate and timely information into systems and use appropriate tools to deliver standard reports to Key Customers and Customer Experience management.
  5. Identify and optimize any new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer experience.
  6. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.

Requirements:

  1. Highly motivated, customer-focused, and commercially aware.
  2. Excellent communication and contact skills.
  3. Good PC skills to work within our bespoke systems.
  4. Demonstrates initiative, organization, and adaptability while working in a pressurized team environment.
  5. Experience in a customer service environment, including complaint-handling/sales responsibilities, would be advantageous.
