Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for international customers through various channels of support (email, phone, chat).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Providing accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Communicating effectively through multiple channels of support
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Working closely with the team to achieve targets
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native or near-native fluency in Danish
- Tech savvy skills, including knowledge of MS Office tools
- Excellent English skills (oral and written)
- Enthusiasm, patience, empathy, multitasking, and strong communication skills
