Job Title: Customer Experience Ambassador
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Premier Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our Global & Regional Accounts team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively investigate customers' specific needs and follow up on solutions provided;
- Provide accurate information and guidance via friendly and professional multi-channel communication;
- Identify and optimise any new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer experience;
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and outstanding customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated, customer-focused, and commercially aware individual;
- Excellent communication and contact skills;
- Good PC skills to work within our bespoke systems;
- Demonstrates initiative, organisation, and adaptability while working in a pressurised team environment;
- Experience in a customer service environment, including complaint-handling/sales responsibilities would be advantageous.
