Rival is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Ambassador to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Ambassador who can effectively manage customer inquiries, provide timely and accurate solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring that all customers receive prompt and effective resolutions to their queries
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as product management and engineering, to stay up-to-date on Pipedrive's latest features and enhancements
  • Develop a deep understanding of Pipedrive's products and services to effectively address customer concerns and needs
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership, providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Contribute to knowledge base development and share best practices with colleagues to enhance overall team performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in software as a service (SaaS) companies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and Portuguese
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, helpdesk tools, and project management software
