Job Description

This role as Italian and English Customer Support Ambassador is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the best experience for our customers. As our Group ambassador, you will provide top-notch support via messaging services and ticketing systems, staying updated on all PokerStars guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with players to resolve queries and answer questions
  • Informing players about promotions, regulation changes, and requirements
  • Providing fast, accurate, thorough, and friendly responses

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
