Customer Support Ambassador

We are seeking highly motivated and adaptable individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Ambassador at Blu Selection. This exciting opportunity allows you to combine your passion for travel with excellent communication skills, making you an ideal candidate for this role.
As a Customer Support Ambassador, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences during the booking process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Solving complex issues that may arise during the booking process
- Providing clear instructions and actively assisting customers in finding their ideal booking
- Following up with customers during their vacation and offering effective solutions, including refunds when necessary
- Expanding the client network through professional interactions
- Maintaining high-quality lead generation
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of French (with a good understanding of English being a plus)
- A strong affinity for travel and exploration
- Motivation and commitment to your work
- Excellent communication and listening skills
In return for your dedication, we offer:
- Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company to enhance your cultural experience
- A full-time schedule with 40 hours per week on rotating shifts based on project requirements
- Salary conditions: €1040 gross/month including free accommodation in a shared flat with all bills covered; or €1240 gross/month excluding accommodation
- For international candidates: reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU, assistance with paperwork and opening a bank account upon arrival, and real career opportunities across various career paths
