Position Details
This full-time role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires a native Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.

About the Role
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support through various channels. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Deliver top-notch support by handling questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Identify and escalate issues that require further attention to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and develop best practices.
  • Stay informed about our products and services to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Native Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and creating positive experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
