Role Overview

We are on a mission to change the world by reducing food waste, and we need your expertise to make it happen. As a Customer Experience Specialist at Too Good To Go, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers and partners receive exceptional service and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide efficient and friendly customer care to our users and partners.
  • Turn customers into ambassadors by inspiring and empowering them to take action against food waste.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to spot challenges early on and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email, chat, and phone.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
  • Fluency in German and English (C1).
  • Located (or willing to relocate) in Lisbon.
  • First-class communicator with the ability to draw on those skills to set the bar high.
