As a skilled sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for one of our esteemed clients – a global company providing innovative services and solutions in the BPO field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client meetings and implement best practices to support business expansion
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the client's advertising platform, offering guidance on its features and enhancements
  • Provide recommendations for campaign setup and optimization while overseeing active client campaigns
  • Meet specific sales targets and maximize opportunities during each interaction
  • Ensure the accuracy of the sales pipeline and monitor return on investment (ROI) for client campaigns using a customer management system (CRM)

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken)
  • 2+ years of experience working in a sales-oriented role
  • Skilled in value-based selling to clients and channel partners
  • Experience with CRM systems or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Motivated by a fast-paced environment
