**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Core Banking Application Specialist to provide support for WM Core Banking Application (Olympic) and related interfaces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide L2 application support to end-users
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain customer trust and confidence by creating positive customer relationships
  • Adhere to Service Level objective targets and roadmaps
  • Maintain/enrich knowledge articles

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong knowledge of AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills
  • Expert-level SQL query and data analysis skills
  • Familiarity with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
  • Olympic/Midas knowledge
  • English - Expert
