As we continue to expand globally, we're seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Porto.

This role offers an incredible opportunity to bolster our talent acquisition efforts and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and identifying top talent through various channels
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in managing job postings and applicant tracking systems
  • Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Participating in initial resume screening and application review
  • Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations related to recruitment metrics

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good sense of humour
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
