The Customer Success Manager role at Phiture is designed to help recent graduates build a strong foundation in customer success. This entry-level opportunity combines in-depth training with real-world customer engagements to develop both technical and interpersonal skills.

As part of the Global Scaled Customer Success team, you'll work with a diverse range of customers to understand their goals and recommend solutions that drive success. You'll provide personalized recommendations, lead product demonstrations, and host webinars to guide customers through their journey.

This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, with a hybrid work schedule requiring 3-4 days in the office per week.
