As a Senior Customer Success Manager at InEvent, you will lead a team of Enterprise Customer Success Specialists in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum utilization of our platform. Your focus will be on the post-sales lifecycle, guaranteeing that our largest enterprise customers achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or enterprise software sales. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in leading projects from scratch and managing multicultural teams. Additionally, they will have a proven track record of generating and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as experience in upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the c-level suite to develop strategies that drive customer success
  • Build strong relationships with event managers and directors of global clients
  • Create scalable processes to serve customer segments effectively and efficiently
  • Constantly review and improve customer experience
  • Provide insight to strategic project planning and delivery execution oversight
  • Nurture and develop a multicultural and fast-growing team
  • Give constant feedback to product development and support sales processes
