About This Role: As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Softgic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our customers by leveraging your expertise in account management and customer success. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of customer accounts, developing tailored success plans, and driving initiatives to increase ROI.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Success Plans: Create and implement customized success plans for each customer account to maximize value and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand customer relationships.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Regularly monitor and analyze customer performance metrics, such as GRR and NRR, to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide Proactive Support: Offer proactive support to customers to enhance their satisfaction and minimize churn.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years of Account Management and/or CSM experience.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write reports, and communicate effectively with customers and teams.
