You will manage file creation and all services associated with freight forwarding, monitor and audit files weekly for compliance, and assist clients in their day-to-day requests related to export/import documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, or a similar discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Freight Forwarding industry with a focus on Air Freight
- Ability to drive strong execution of initiatives, ensuring that countries get things right the first time through questioning, analyzing, planning, and follow-up
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Language skills in both Portuguese and English
