Overview


The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in human resources and be able to provide strategic support to SBM Offshore.



Job Description:

This role involves acting as a consultant/coach to managers and staff to increase organizational performance, improve personal/team performance, and enhance effective communications.



  • Monitor, execute, and support workforce plans with a good understanding of business targets.
  • Engage and act upon the full scope of the employee life cycle, from recruitment/onboarding to career development, compensation, and benefits.
  • Act as a mediator and confidential sounding board when issues arise between employees and managers.
  • Organize and lead activities that allow stakeholders to measure and increase staff engagement.


Policies and Procedures:


In order to implement policies and procedures successfully, you are expected to prepare change plans so that organizational, leadership, and process changes are executed in a structured manner and communicated effectively.



  • Analyze potential exposures and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure new HR programs and initiatives are communicated, understood, acted upon, and delivered in a timely manner.


Risks Mitigation:


To mitigate risks to the organization, you are expected to compile accurate and compliant documentation to mitigate potential claims and damages.



  • Assess risks and advise managers and employees on HR-related issues to meet external employment labor laws requirements and internal procedures.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and ensure local compliance requirements for HR processes.
  • Provide analytics and review with managers to make decisions on resource capacity planning, organizational design, and implement the relevant strategy for sourcing and developing staff.

Benefits:


The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.


SBM Offshore offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

This is a temporary position with a one-year contract.
