Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is €55,000 - €70,000, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Portugal. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and success for our partners. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute plans to make our specialty partners grow, sell assets, and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draw and execute plans to promote partnerships, negotiate marketing campaigns, and improve menu performance.
  • Evaluate and report on partner portfolio and KPIs periodically.
  • Take action to reach goals and company/team objectives.
  • Foster enduring partnerships with top partners, enhancing their business metrics and promotional activities.
  • Develop strong relationships between Glovo and our partners.

Requirements:

  • Degree or master's degree in business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience in FMCG, food-hospitality/food-tech, or on-demand delivery industry.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills.
