Salary: This role offers an industry-leading basic salary, with opportunities to quickly increase earnings through a transparent commission scheme, resulting in a potential estimated annual compensation of around €60,000 - €100,000.

Job Description: As a Senior Sales - Partnerships professional, you will be based in our Lisbon office and join one of the fastest-growing divisions in the business, boasting year-on-year growth of over 50%. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and acquiring new Introducer Brokers to establish a network of partners
  • Developing strong relationships with these partners to generate warm referrals
  • Working to secure referrals for large private client transactions, such as overseas home purchases
  • Maximizing business potential with existing partnerships
  • Providing exceptional customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sales and/or relationship management experience in the financial services sector
  • A proven track record of generating large private client transactions, such as cross-border trades
  • Experience working in a B2B or client-facing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driving license
  • A flexible mindset and a sense of urgency aligned with our fast-paced culture
  • Fluency in Portuguese and a business-level understanding of English
