Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with B2B intermediaries, including attorneys, immigration consultants, investment firms, and wealth management agents.
Your primary focus will be on expanding our network of partners and driving business development efforts. You will conduct market research, develop strategic partnerships, and create effective strategies to capture new business from intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Engage Intermediaries: Actively seek out and establish relationships with key intermediaries, including wealth management agents, attorneys, immigration agents, immigration consultants, and investment firms.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, industry needs, and opportunities within the B2B landscape.
- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies to capture new business from intermediaries.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within a B2B environment, particularly in sectors such as immigration, real estate, wealth management, or investment.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with B2B intermediaries.
- Strong understanding of the needs and dynamics of intermediaries like attorneys, immigration consultants, and investment firms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and apply insights to drive business growth.
