Customer Success Manager: DACH Region

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our Central Europe regional team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who handle day-to-day operations and long-term business relationships with our Mid Market customers.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of CSMs to achieve customer success goals
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Customer Success leadership roles
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
