About the Role
  • This position requires a seasoned professional with at least 2 years of experience in SDR leadership roles, preferably within fast-paced B2B SaaS or Fintech environments.
  • The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in building and scaling SDR teams, achieving team targets, and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Scalable SDR Processes - Develop and implement scalable SDR functions, including tools, processes, and workflows, to ensure efficient lead generation and qualification.
  • Recruit and Manage a High-Performing Team - Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of SDRs across multiple markets, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to drive team success.
  • Collaborate Across Functions - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and continuously refine outbound lead generation and qualification strategies.
  • Drive Results-Oriented Performance - Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor team progress, ensure achievement of targets, and deliver regular reports on performance to senior leadership.
