About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Speaker Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer support to Italian-speaking clients.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer precise and helpful information.
  • Accurately log and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of our support processes by providing customer feedback and insights.
Requirements:
  • Native-level proficiency in Italian (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is required for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are crucial.
  • Ability to think on your feet and offer solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
