As a Sales and Customer Service Representative - Social Media Expert with our client, you will have the opportunity to work with an international team of 82 nationalities and contribute to the company's success as a leading provider of sales and customer service solutions.

**Your Role:**

You will be responsible for advising and consulting small and medium-sized companies to help them grow their businesses through email, phone, and chat support. You will also acquire new advertisers within these companies, provide support and extend self-services for clients, and offer pre- and after-sales support for all self-services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

* A native level of Czech and fluent level of English (at least B2-C1)
* A Sales attitude or previous experience in Sales
* Very good communication skills
* An interest in the social media field
* Motivation, reliability, and commitment in your work
* A drive for excellence and professionalism

* A long-, fixed term contract, renewable every year
* 30 days of probation period before signing the contract
* Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM
* Salary conditions: 1350€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or 1460€ gross/month (excluding accommodation)
* Private health insurance from the beginning of the contract (additionally to standard insurance)
* Compensation during training period if successful (15 days): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
* Relocation support for international candidates: reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
* Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival
* Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
* Real career opportunities: opportunity to enter a development program within 6 months to get access to other opportunities within the company: from different projects to QA, Team Lead or Supervisor roles
